We have used many higher-priced carpet scrubbers at our restaurant in the past and have found that this one works equally as well, if not better. We are very high volume and clean our fully carpeted 14,000 sf building every night at closing. I would definitely recommend these floor machines!

This machine is awesome and easy to use. Love the tank when stripping the floor, it just makes it so much easier. All around great value for the money! I would highly recommend.

Good machine at a good value. But...it needs an instruction manual to put together. If your not mechanically inclined, it might confuse you. The main thing...the Gray Cord connects to the Black Cord "under a black plastic housing that's screwed to the top base". I looked for 30 minutes before I figured it out. There is no indication of that connector being there. Without connecting it, it won't work. Otherwise, a good machine for the price.

The vendor has great customer service and delivered the machine timely. The machine clunked out the first use. We do not know how to get it back on. Can you assist?
