Got this is time for Summer Clean Up and boy it did a great job. One thing I would change on the machine is the water tank. Instead of a knob I would have a pull lever.

I found this item poorly made without much thought of who was going to buy it in mind, plastic trigger, motor housing nothing you could expect to last. When it arrives it is too late to do anything about it, it costs $$hundreds of dollars ($327.+) to send back for any reason and don’t expect Amazon to stand behind this product due to their sales “partner†policy. Read the fine print carefully before making the same mistake I did. Amazons excellent customer service is not extended to every product they sell. I feel like I have been swindled. This goes against what I believe made Amazon so trustworthy. I understand I should have been more careful about what decided to purchase and in the future I will not risk $ so easily

I received the product. I had questions and concerns. When contacting Frag Janatorial I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they contacted me back, via email, (12 minutes) and the issue was resolved.I assembled the machine and it does a better job then I expected. It's not the first time I've used a machine like this one.It does a great job on buffing floors, and the same time cleaning the carpets.You can't go wrong with this machine, most of of you can't go wrong purchasing it from Frag Janatoriol

Product is frequently used for scrubbing tight areas at our resort and is very useful and helpful.i will buy again as Supplier is very helpful when it comes to addressing concerns about the product.

Works good. Priced great when u figure that the tank and carpet and hard floor pads are about $100 each anywhere else. Saved me quite a bit
