More accurate and stable weighing
Blue paint surface coated by high temperature processing. Paint is durable and will not peel. Anticorrosive and is much more moisture resistant compared to ordinary spray paint processing

- Four alloy steel shear beam load cells make the scale durable, protected against dust, splash water or immersion.
- Four high quality alloy load cells that ensure the unit is accurate within the full range of its capacity.
Installation
Step 1
In order to avoid damages to the sensor during delivery, load cells will be taken off when shipped.
Step 2
When you receives the product, simply screw on the pounds.
Step 3
Unscrew the cover plate of the junction box, remove the cover plate, and pull out the sensor connection serial port.
Step 4
The weight sensor wiring serial port is inserted into the sensor signal input port on the back of the display instrument to complete the installation before weighing.

Works like a charm. We’ve loaded over 3000 pounds on it with no issues so far. Nice and heavy duty for a work environment. Especially for only a little under $1000. Very valuable piece of equipment.

Product came on a pallet and was unloaded easily at our facility. Product isnt too heavy but heavy enough you dont have to worry about breaking it. We wash out scale down every day and its quality is pretty good. I thought the paint would peal or we would see some rusting due to extensive washdowns on it but it looks brand new. Customer Service is great if you have questions about how to setup. Thoroughly impressed.

I weighed several different types of scales but this one weighed in above average on a scale of 1 to 5,000. It was a heavy decision to consider. It will weighs heavy on my mind. I paid 355 lbs for it.

Works just the way I hoped it would very good quality product the box came a little banged up but that was probably due to handling during shipping of such a heavy package however product came in good condition and everything operates just the way it should. Would recommend this product to others

This is the perfect floor scale that I got it. It is easy to use it and place it. The size is fit my package for my storage. The digital indicator make the weight accurate and clear to see it. I recommend it.
