Ordered this for an outdoor bathroom and didn’t expect it to be such good quality, but it is! Heavy and sturdy! It was easy to mount to the wall and helps save counter space. Works great!

This is not your flimsy thin rod. It looks well made and when spinning and taring the paper towel I don’t feel any of it losing fastening. It’s a strong quality product and it looks beautiful.

Quality product heavy duty, real pipe with a nice finish. What I didn’t like was the length of pipe coming out and f the wall. It is too long and protrudes too much. That pipe length should be half the length that it is. Would be 5 stars if that pipe was shorter.

This item is a total piece of junk. Install is terrible because of the design and if you do not tighten it exactly then you cannot level the item properly. Will not stay tight unless you use an adhesive.I would send it back but after spending over an hour installing it I am not going to start over. Piece of total trash. Get something that is one single piece or adjustable. Finish is trash to and will easily scratch off.Also, do not mount in sheet rock. Will not hold. This product should be taken off the site IMO.

Small pipe is too long, sticks out way too far. The cap doesn't fit right because of the threads, they are jagged and crooked and don't even go all the way down in the cap. So the cap won't screw on evenly or all the way. Otherwise the concept is great, but the companies quality control is severely lacking. I do have to say it is actually very sturdy though. Sadly i would not buy any product from them again. And I was actually looking forward to buying more of their pipe products for around my house. But, it looks like i'll be finding another place to purchase them from.
