Second one I've purchased, so no bones about it meeting up to what it needs to do. Nice black, matte finish and everything assembled as it should and hardware included. I've made a few of these similar holders using black iron pipe from the local HW store, and these are significantly lighter gauge and lighter in weight than the ones I've built from iron pipe. Nonetheless, nice looking and very functional. Hint, mount it, then tighten the pipe fittings by hand, remove the mounting screws and remount in the orientation you desire. Don't use a channel locks or pliers on it to tighten the fittings - you'll likely dent the metal, or at minimum, scar it all up. Nice price point and worth of it.
