The product is soft but is more on the thin side. To me, the price is quite high for the overall quality of the product since there's not much padding on the bottom parts of the insert. I am not sure this would survive the first wash unless is done by hand and very gentle. It's ok, just way overpriced. Product from china.

I ordered the Infant Car Seat Insert Head and Body Support to use in our stroller. The stroller I have is great for an older child, but for a baby it could use some additional support. This cushion is made of a very soft chenille type fabric. It cradles a babies head and keeps it in place vs. having it slouch to the side. It took me a minute to figure out what the squares with velcro were. I finally realized they are to wrap around the straps that hold the baby in place. This cushion has openings in the right place to easily allow the stroller straps to work as intended. The one thing I noticed in the description that I dont see as being helpful is where it says, "Double-sided Use: The front and back of the baby car seat cushion are made of soft plush fabric and 3D fabric respectively, you can choose one side according to the season to ensure ventilation." There are dots on one side, but there isn't enough difference in the two side for it to have any effect on ventilation. However, this doesn't lessen how helpful this support is. For that reason I still gave it five stars.
