This ring is not real sterling silver. I went on vacation. Got in the pool and accidentally forgot my ring was on and it turned completely black. I had on another sterling silver ring on the other hand that did not turn. I did not even have the ring for a month.

While I do wish I could find one that was all metal and no jewels wrapping around, this one does work instead. My ring is a twisted rope and these are twisted rope guards. Adds a little more to a dainty ring and stops the roll as much in my case. Overall, pretty happy with this.

This ring is gorgeous and really goes well with my other ring. It’s too small but that’s my fault just ordered a size up.
