Nice little tub to enjoy! Worth the cost

Installed on may the 20 th , it’s now may 25 th and it’s finnaly up to 100 degrees,, still not 104 ,, that’s with north Alabama weather being in the hi 80 s during the day and high 60s at night ,,,, ,,, as for looks ,, it looks great, the heat / pump on the other hand is a Mickey Mouse special !!! Probably wouldn’t buy again ,,,will try a different brand next time !! I will update this if it every reaches the set point temperature of 104 ::::: I will request a refund by the due date if temperature never gets any warmer, update may 29 it’s staying at 95 degrees , getting ready to tare down and return , gonna go with Saluspa brand , last one I had was great stayed 104 even in winter

The spa itself is great. It’s easy to setup and use. I was able to get chemicals at Walmart without spending a lot of money. I do not care for the puzzle like liner that goes under the spa. Any parts that were not under the spa would come apart very easily with the weather.

Very happy with this. Was super easy to setup, it hasn't greatly increased our electrical bill. I really like the extra cover on it to help keep it insulated. I do have to change out the filters pretty often so make sure to budget in that expense. We are doing a new filter like every month. Customer service has been great to work with the company got back to us right away when we had a problem with the inflatable cover.

My wife bought it because she used to go to the doctor I mean the therapist that you'd go with the hot tub because she had had her hip replaced and the therapist said it would be easier if she got one at the house and she could go in anytime she wanted after work to help her hip so that's why we got it and she likes it

In under 1 year, the pump/heater stopped working reliably. I contacted support, and am getting bounced around, and just keep getting more questions. The latest request is for a video of it not working. They keep moving the goalpost. HOW CAN YOU TELL THE HEATER DOESN'T WORK CONSISTENTLY ON A VIDEO? The spa pump starts, then turns off some time later and the hot tub gets cold. Sort of defeats the purpose, you know? I'm very frustrated and recommend more reputable brandsupdate: after finding the right support team, my product was replaced. thank you!

Awsome gift for the wife, she loves it. Filter goes after 3 or 4 uses but great for relaxing with the wife..

The hose that provides the heat almost melted. I requested a replacement, not only did they send the wrong hose, what they sent is for a completely different model. The tub itself is ok, the motor is really loud and I’m trying to figure how a way to muffle the blower as they haven’t provided any information.
