3 different mats to use on top of a grill to accomplish 3 different results. They do this by creating 3 different types of surfaces. The mats can be trimmed to fit and they can be cleaned inside a dishwasher. The included thermometer works flawlessly. Recommended!

Great solution for cooking food that would normally fall through larger grill grates. I used the mesh piece Christmas Eve to grill shrimp and scallops, and it worked well to cook all those small pieces without the hassle of skewering or messing with baskets. Definitely cuts down on the time! Eager to try the solid mat for smash burgers next. I probably wouldn’t put these in the dishwasher to prolong their lives, which is my only pitfall so far, but I feel like half of grilling tools aren’t dishwasher safe anyway. Still easier than cleaning burger grease off a cast iron griddle.

These mats cover my entire grill and clean up easily in the dishwasher. The added bonus of a meat thermometer was a plus. These mats should last a long time. Very happy with them.

I used to use 2 of the liners to cover my grills. Now I only need one. It also comes with a thermal gauge. That is handy too. With these, my old grill gets new life :). It will probably be good until next year before I get a new one. The mesh is great for veggies, not so great for fatty meats, it will burn if the grease flows through. While the liner sheet does not drip grease but I tilt it so the grease flow to the back of the gill and drains into the grease catcher. Use medium/low heat (less than 400F) to prevent them from releasing poison gas. You just need to know how to use them.
