I installed these in my TRX4M high trail paired with the Traxxas 1.0 beadlocks. These will fit in both the aluminum or plastic beadlocks from Traxxas brand. They WILL NOT FIT in the stock plastic wheels. These are the most cost effective way to add lots of weight if paired with the Traxxas 9781 beadlocks at $9.00 a pair.

Required some work to get them to work with my injora 1in wheels but I got there. Adds amazing grip to my crawler and got weight super low. I love how much more capable my crawler is after I threw these in.

The weight is accurate and there are no burrs or dents on these weights.I installed these on HobbySoul Ghost 1.0 beadlock wheels with Injora tires (All Terrain 62mm). After tightening the two rim half's together, the tires can spin on the rims with not too much force. I don't compete or anything but others might and should be aware of this issue. If I have issues while 'playing', I'll probably wrap tape (or something like that) around the sides of the weights, to make them thicker so the rims will hold the tires firm. I could glue them but I want to make it clean and easy to disassemble, for future part swaps and upgrades. :)

One of the nice things about the TRX4M is that it comes with a scale hard body. This is great, but it also adds a lot of weight up top. These brass rings are a nice easy way to counter that top heavy weight to keep the TRX4M more planted.

Did exactly what I thought they would do. Fit well on the 1.0 Traxxas bead lock rims.

I don’t know how much clearer the listing needs to be, but these brass rings are only for TRAXXAS TIRES + 1.0 BEADLOCK. If your tires are falling off, it’s because you’re using after market tires which have a much thinner bead than the factory tires. These are the best option for adding weight, using the officially licensed scale tires from traxxas, and 1.0 beadlocks.Overall the installation is super straight forward. Just replace the aluminum inner beadlock ring with these brass ones, and tighten the wheels.

For something that you will not see once assembled, it was impressive to see that each insert was packed in a way that none of them would directly touch another one.I used them with the Traxxas TRX-4M Method beadlock wheels.I used a little isopropyl alcohol on the inside edge of tire to help the wheel slip in before the alcohol dries, but it is still a little tricky as the rear wheel ring would not completely drop in so start with one side inserting a screw partially about half way and then move to the opposite side and keep going until all 6 screws are inserted half way and then repeat driving each screw further in until they are fully seated. Also pay attention to the vent hole on the insert to line it up with one of the openings on the wheel insert, or not as it will give the assembly either a spongy (holes not aligned) or very soft (holes aligned) characteristic.
