It goes without saying - these things are amazing - replaced the plastic/nylon flimsy (but, satisfactory) drive shaft with this bad boy. This is probably the easiest upgrade you can do and it's well worth it. The bottom of your crawler is going to take a beating - and the drive shaft is going to get stressed from heavy crawling. Also, they look pretty dang cool!

I got them for a FCX24 Smasher v2, and I needed two sets of drive shafts. Only the long ones (45mm unextended) are required. I know there is an specific kit for the Smasher, a hardened steel set, but I wanted the 'chrome' look so I tried this FCX24M kit. It is a bit longer than the original but it fits well, it works without any binding, and it looks great. I think it moves a bit less centered than the stock ones, but they work fine. Happy with the buy, although I had to get two kits.
