I was very scared about buying ink that was not made by the manufacture for my SG800. But I took the plunge and bought these ink cartridges. Am I glad that I did. They work great. I had no issues with my printer accepting the cartridges and will be buying them again when needed. You can't beat the price and the quality of the ink is better than the manufacturer brand.

My ink arrived and within a few days of using it, it began throwing codes that either the ink levels were depleted or they were used ink cartridges. I contacted InKOwl and they sent out replacements. NOT EVEN A WEEK later and the error codes are back up. Sooo disappointed in this, I’ve wasted time & money.

I finally had the opportunity to utillize an Ink Owl Replacement Cartridge. My yellow cartridge was the first to run dry. I carefully read the instructions, then I reread them. I was a little nervous. Okay I inserted the cartridge and nothing happened. Big uh oh. Although I read the instructions, they still did not sink in. Then I pressed the # Enter to continue and pressed it again and voila, my image printed on the sublimation paper immediately. I have adjusted to pressing enter twice each time I print now. As the instructions indicate, the ink level is not displayed on my sublimation printer. The color is perfecto.
