This is a good tight fit. Install with an open end wrench on the lower shoulder and hit the wrench to install the vent. Don't hit on the top of the vent.

Product worked as described. You should consider cleaning the opening on axle tube before installing. Press into hole firmly with your thumb. You will need to gentle tamp the vent into hole to properly seat.
