I had to replace a different splitter and took a chance on this one. I liked the fact that the shutoff valces were metal instead of plastic and they are easy to turn. It appears to be working well and seems pretty durable being all metal construction on the outside. I think it was a pretty good value for the price and hopefully it lasts a long time without issue. I've been using it for about a month and there are no leaks and it's still easy to turn off and on to divert water. I would reccomend this model.

As always, never over tighten something with a rubber washer. This splitter works wonderfully and does not leak at all.

If you have tiny hands, it may be easier, but I find it a little cumbersome to turn the diverted because they are small and so close to each other. Otherwise sturdy and no leaks.

Perfect for my needs for my washer connection. Allows an extra point of service for connection of a garden hose within the garage. Highly recommended

As soon as I opened the box I knew this splitter was the I wanted and needed. It is heavier than the new one I was replacing. I had bought another splitter that wouldn't shut the water off completely, so when I felt this one, I knew it was brass throughout like they advertised. When you turn the valve off, you can tell the water is shut off.

Perfect to split your hose bib!! I use one for misters and one for my water hose!! Easy to install. Just like screwing on to faucet!! Flow is great and does not leak!! I have them on 4 hose bibs outside. Now I have options if needed!!

Maybe a thread or size issue?Tried to put on normally and bad leakUsed thread seal tap and tightened to extreme.Leak stopped. Then tried to add washing machine hoseNo matter how tight or how much threadseal tap could not stop the leak.Perhaps just not suitable for Australian tapsUnfortunate as they were of good quality otherwise
