This rack is good, heavy steel construction. It's also very easy to assemble.I noticed in the ad sheet that it was only capable of holding 10 lbs, but that's obviously a typo. This rack could easily hold probably 200 lbs. I'm just using it to hold ceramic logs as an accent for an electric fireplace insert. Looks very good, but if you need a real, working wood holder, you wouldn't be wrong to buy this one.

I am serious about my fires and fire wood. This is much smaller than I expected (I should have measured it out) The feet on it were all damaged and I did not get the wood carrier that is pictured with it. Looks nice, easy to put together.Updated review: Immediately after I submitted the first part of my review I received a very nice apologetic response from the company about the broken feet and the missing "Log Carrier" described in the description of the product. They quickly sent out the placement feet (even better feet, I hope they are upgrading to these for everyone) and the log carrier which is of extremely high quality in size, design and craftsmanship. I originally rated this product at 2 stars but I am more than happy to now up grade that rating to a 5 star. The feet alone were a huge upgrade from the cheap thin ones that came crushed. These are durable and will not scratch my wood floor. The log carrier makes this product complete. The size of the over all rack, that was on me. But the carrier makes refilling easy and convenient. Thank you for listening to my concern and responding so quickly. It is nice to know you read these reviews and our comments matter to your company.

We do quite a bit of our home heating with a woodstove, and recently installed a second, smaller one in a second living area. This room has lots of windows, and that limits the space to park one of the wheeled "carts" (that are a lot like a dolly) that I have used for years with my main stove. One of those carts hold a day's wood unless it gets really cold for that stove, but this one is smaller and we have discovered that if we fill this very well, it will keep this smaller stove most of the day. Most of our wood is twisted up blackjack oak--of you had nicer firewood, this might hold a day's firewood for a small stove better. If it's not too cold, I can finish off from the cart for the big stove, but sometimes I do have to go back outside. If you just build fires for fun, this (and maybe a tote!) is all you need.I got this with one of the canvas totes, and I just bring the tote in and set it in this rack. It looks nice and sits below the window. My 12 year old had no problems putting it together.

Bought this for my daughter for their new cabin in the woods. The cabin is small and they needed a log holder that would fit with their small space. This fit the bill and the bear and pine trees added just the right touch.They told me it was easy to put together and sturdy.

This log rack is very nice looking. It holds enough wood to last a full day of burning steady. I have no complaints about it. This is the third season using it and it looks as good as new. It doesn't get banged up and the black doesn't come off. It's very nice and good value in comparison to several I looked at.
