Takes a while to put on but very simple to take off. Remove one clip and it pulls right out. Quite nice!

My son loves this. It's a great way to get some exercise and also family time if your little one is still too small to keep up on their trike, or can't ride yet at all. It's better than the back mounting type, since it allows the child to see everything and not just the back of your head. I have this on a 17 inch frame suspension mountain bike, and I do have to bow my legs slightly when I'm pedalling to avoid hitting the seat when my knee comes up. I'm only 5'6", so a taller rider may have trouble, but then you may also ride a larger bike, so it may not be a problem. The seat removes easily without tools once the bracket is attached to your seat tube. Just make sure you use a drill to tighten the bracket to the seat tube. I tried with the screwdriver and wrench provided, and it kept sliding down. On a floating seat, that means it slid off, but I tested it without my son in it. I would recommend anyone else do the same. After getting it tight enough, the bolts were threaded far enough through that the face plate that hides them wouldn't fit, but I don't really care how it looks. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product. I have a couple nit picks, but it does exactly what I want it to.

The instructions for setting this up are horrible. Took a long time and eventually realized it just wasn’t going to fit, even though we have a standard men’s mountain bike as pictured for the type of bike it should fit. Poorly made and way overpriced. Ended up sending it back for a refund and we plan to get something else.

The seat fits well after a little trial. The instruction weren't great and I considered returning because weren't good. That aside, it works and my little one has a new view of the world. One thing to note, not specifically about this product, is that any seat which sits in front of the rider may put additional stress on your knees. This will alter your biking form since it may be forced to open your legs more to pedal. Even if your ride is casual (as it should), there is additional stress on your knees. That's the case for me, and I do have some pain in both knees as a result. I had no such pain prior to the seat. I will likely get a seat which put the child in rear save my kness from any potential problems in the future.A note about the safey. The straps tend to fall off easily, so I need make it tight which does make my child a bit uncomfortable .... but not big deal as long as he is safe. The rider can easily monitor it.

If you buy this just do yourself a favor and throw out the instructions right away; they’re useless and will just confuse you. It’s largely intuitive to install anyway so it’s not a big deal, but you’ll also want to have a socket wrench handy to deal with the bolts for the bottom harness (the little wrench it comes with would take someone HOURS to install it with). As far as the final product goes though, so far so good.

I have had the seat for close to a year and like it but I wish the seat, not the frame could have a connection that allows the seat to be easily removed when not carrying the child to make it more comfortable to ride the bike when not carrying a child. The seat is wide and forces you to spread the front of your legs.

Love love this bike seat! My daughter has sadly outgrown it! But used it a ton! Easy to install and use! Just have to make sure your bike will work for it! I ended up taking the seat to different stores to find the perfect bike! 10/10 best purchase

Fots great. I thought it was going to get in the way for pedaling but it doesn't. I can still ride comfortably. My daughter loves it and im so happy im able to go riding with her! She enjoys holding on to the handle bars and will even stand as we’re riding. Great seat.
