I'm 6.0 190 I got great. She's 5.6 and she's 1x or 2x or 14/16 and her hips make contact with the sides. Soft contact. However we both like it. Once we get past that it's just a little bit of foam and plastic keeping us from falling on our heads. Then we can try to relax while hanging around. Assembles relatively easy. As long as you're hard Ware package isn't destroyed like mine was. In all it's very nice. Value for the money.

This is the best thing I've done for myself in years! Back pain that I've dealt with for years was lessened after one use. The massage component is way, way more effective than I thought it would be. Even my posture was improved after the one use. It was a little difficult to figure out how everything works but I think I was overthinking it a bit. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will recommend it to everyone I know! Thanks so much!

I decided to spend the extra money to have the massager, but I barely feel the massage even at the highest setting. The actual table is very good. Save yourself money and get the one without the massager.

This was relatively cheap and easy to set up. I now use it every day for about 15-20 minutes. You can gauge your time on the machine yourself. It has different angles you can set before you lean back that will stop you at a certain angle. No fear of going completely upside down. It has worked wonders for my back and hips. I recommend.

I was surprised by the great quality of this inversion table. Had to replace my older version of the original Teeter inversion table and decided to take a chance on this one and I've been very impressed.

This is helping my lower back in only a few weeks. It does take time to work your way to a full conversion but you may not need to go completely upside down for relief. The massage is pretty awesome.
