I had the order this pin because the people at my gym kept stealing pins from the weights. So I order this yesterday morning on a two day shipping and was surprise that my new pin showed up a day earlier. My impression was " wow, this pin rod looks really thin" but I can't complaint because it was just under $5. So that not I went for a work out and so my amazement it worked, the rod was able to hold the weights from the machines. the pins rod may be thin but will function with almost all work out weights.

The item broke after its 2nd use, it bent and couldn’t be used for my last pull down machine.

I bought this T-Knob because I was tired of people taking the ones from the machine and not returning. On many occasions I had to search the whole gym for the knob of the machine I was trying to work out on, and came up empty. Now with this knob, I can take it to any machine I please and get on with my workout.PROS:• Fits most workout machines (at least the ones I've tried so far)• Durable knobCONS:• None so far

Unfortunately people have been taking the pins at the gym and a lot of the weights don't have any. But thanks to this I do, & it is a perfect fit with all the weights

Didn't care much for these. I ordered the wrong size and they were good for nothing. Not sure what weight system requires such narrow pins.
