I almost didn't buy these because so many people had issues with the size. But maybe because they are mostly those wearing small. I wear a regular large in a sweat pant or yoga pant and that's the size I ordered. They fit perfect. They are PJs, flannel, soft, very loose fitting. Not meant to be tight. I am very happy with them. They are so soft and the snaps open and close pretty easily. I wished I had had these the day of surgery. I had worn my yoga pants with the wide leg bottom, but the surgeon put my surgical boot on me before I went to recovery and as much as my husband and the nurse tried, they could not get those yoga pants over my surgical boot. So they had to cut my favorite yoga pants! I was devastated, but I will try to sew them back together. Ha! I LOVE those yoga pants. Anyway, I then ordered a pair of these pants with the snap closure on each side and they are going to work great. I could probably snap them closed over the boot, which I have to wear for 6 to 8 weeks, but I just leave the snaps open from my knee on down. They are SO easy to get on and off and the snaps stay closed and are covered on both sides. I have no issues with the openings between the snaps gaping open or anything like that. I definitely recommend these pants!

Size: 3XL, but could have done well with a 2XL.Weight: 250lbsI had knee replacement surgery I wanted to find something that would allow me to change ice and check the bandage without lifting my pajama pants; something easy. These PJs were the best option; they are comfy, warm, and so easy to use.The snaps can come undone easily in some instances, but nothing I was too worried about.I will get a second, possibly a 3rd pair for when I do the other knee. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The material is thick and comfy. Pants are well made. The only problem for me is that I am a size small (5’3â€, 127 lbs) and the small is really big. At least 2 sizes too big and “small†is the smallest size available. I wanted to order more and had hoped to wear to my post op appointments, but they are like clown pants. Fine for home, but I don’t want to wear in public. If you can order and size down I think these are excellent.

5’8 168 lbs, ordered XLThese pants are perfect for after hip surgery! Arthroscopic hip surgery with a brace from above knee to chest and brace sticks out 3 inches off the side. These pants are very big, covers the brace and also not tight at all. They are perfect, they are a little short, just by an inch or so but without the brace they would probably be longer. I am ordering a pair in size large for after the brace comes off and I would imagine they would be perfect without the brace although these will also stay on and be roomy, cozy and comfortable without the brace. Highly recommend! Soft, lightweight material and snaps have all been workin great. The material does pil a little but not a problem. Able to keep the snaps undone around the brace. Perfect!

Ingenious, as they snap together easily. I washed them the 1st time, carefully, yet after the fabric felt very scratchy & pilled easily. Might not feel that way to others, yet with my sensitive skin, I can't keep them.

These worked Great. I just had knee revision. This time I was given an ice pump.. work great just unsnap for hose to plug in. Also had a pump for nerve block tube. When P.T came over. It was easy for her rewrap band aid that wraps around knee. The only problem is they get rough looking after second wash

Purchased this item to wear after my knee replacement surgery. Fabric is very soft, snaps are perfectly placed and held well. Easily snaps and unsnaps to get at your knee for icing, putting on your compressions stockings etc. The snaps are somewhat hidden making them appear like regular lounge pants. I liked that it has large pockets- a must when you want to carry stuff but can’t because you are pushing a walker! The fit is a bit large, particularly in the rise/hip area- I had to roll the waistband over once to make up for the looser/big fit. They are unisex sized so I expected them to be a bit large on me. Offering smaller sizes would’ve allowed me to size down for a better fit (I normally would fit into a small-Would be nice if they came in XS/XXS). Regardless they are loose and comfortable, which is what you want after knee replacement surgery. And bonus- you can still wear them after surgery.

The product is well made, and exactly as advertised. They arrived a few days earlier than expected, and are very comfortable. The snaps down the legs are concealed, and they look like regular flannel pants. My only issue is that as a woman the snaps along the waistband tend to pop open when I pull them up over my hips.
