My husband loves using these for grilling and when he smokes meat. It keeps him from burning his fingers.

These are great! Especially for slicing hot meats.

My friend and I wore these insulated gloves during this year’s pig roast and what a big difference. No burned fingers! It took a few minutes to get used to the glove’s thickness and lack of sensitivity. Once I did, pulling the meat apart was easy-peasy!

These are sticky and poor quality. There is hair stuck to them. They look like something from Dexter’s murder lab when his dark passenger is controlling him. I was embarrassed to gift these to my husband for his birthday. I don’t want these touching our food.

These gloves worked well with cheese making, up to 180 degrees and shedding chicken from the crockpot. What was not good was the bitter taste left over after pulling taffy with it. I thought it was the food dye in the taffy but when I shredded chicken with them, the same thing happened. So heat resistant yes, but I will not be using these for anything with food!
