I work with the homeless ministry in my church and this bag is fantastic!! I no longer have to use chafing dishes nor having to set up or purchase sternos. I dish up food in foil pans with lids and put them into the bag and just hand out the hot dinners. It holds over 30 dinners and the food stays hot; which is especially good during the winter months. In the summer I make salads and it keeps the salads cold. I put ice packs in the bag. I have purchased 2 of these bags. I now just pass out the dinners and fold down the bags when empty. No more pans or pots or hot water for the chafing dishes or servers.

I have uses bag for almost a year now. And it's still is in the same shape as when I originally bought it. It is very durable and easy to wipe the inside clean. It will keep your hot food hot and it will keep your cold foods cold. I love the fact that it's still stands up without falling over. Nothing looks more classy than being able to open my trunk and see a professional looking bag.

I mainly use this to transport my Costco freezer products home. It is just the right size and it fits nicely in the back of my SUV . Very happy I purchased this as it serves my needs for transporting cold market purchases.

Been using this for a year almost daily, almost no wear and tear and holds a lot of stuff . Great for groceries in the warm weather so you can keep the perishables cold and protected for hours . It fits almost 10 full grocery bags inside .

I do delivery and have only used it today so far so I am not sure how durable the zipper will be BUT,everything seems perfect and made to last. The inside material is not that cheap stuff you find in say the soft lunch boxes you find at Walmart. It's the good stuff. I delivered a couple pizzas today and I think they were hotter when I gave them to the customer than when I picked them up. I would highly recommend this bag for food delivery. So glad I did.
