I couldn't find it in stores and luckily I found it here. The dimensions and metal puck matched what I was trying to order for a replacement. Both sides of my window lock shoe was broken, so I ordered 2 for each side. With trial and error, it took me about 30-40 minutes to install because my window sash was heavy and had to take breaks.A few videos online had me line up and install the lock shoe first into the sides, then metal part of the window sash into the lock shoe, and finally pull both up to hook into the balance rod. I couldn't get the both sides of the lock show to line up properly to began with to install the window sash correctly. What finally worked was installing both the lock shoe directly into the balance rod first, so that I knew they lined up and then the window sash last.

I ordered two to fix one window after looking for over a year for the perfect match, when it arrived I compared it to the broken two I had and they were perfect match for my ten years old windows, after installing it myself in just 5 minutes I ordered 10 more to fixed the rest of the windows, I am a women 5’ 2†and this is the first time for me Replacing the window’s pivot shoe, Next time I can get the job done even faster now that I know the best and safest position to get it done, thanks for the seller for carrying this product, also I should note that shipping was faster than anticipated.
