With the straight blade on and just harvested weed this thing is a major time savor and works amazing. I wouldn't recommend using it on dried bud, it falls apart. Very little bud loss, (on wet weed) and the tiny ones that fall through belong in the trimmings for cooking or oil anyway. Wish I would have bought this way sooner, what a time saver. It might not be as good of a trim as hand trimming, but I am 100% satisfied with the end results. 10 turns clockwise, 10 turns counterclockwise, and 5 more clockwise seems to be the magic number for me. Again, not a good idea for dried bud..........

Works well. Makes trimming so much faster. My only concern was the metal grate was bent pretty bad when I received mine. It still works just fine but it does allow larger buds through the grate.

The 24" setup is HUGE, first of all. Not sure what I was expecting but was shocked when the thing arrived. But then it could handle an entire (indoor grown) plant at once, so no complaints there. Set up was easy and intuitive. The issue I have is that the blades sag at their furthest reach, meaning any buds that get pushed to the outer edges of the bowl barely get touched. I tried playing with the gaskets and the included spring washer, to no avail. If the buds don't stay near the center, they don't really get trimmed. I also noticed a lot of "smalls" afterwards in amongst the trim leaf and wish there was an appropriately sized sifter included. As I am mainly growing to make oil infusions and edibles, it doesn't really matter, but if I were leaning more towards a smokeable harvest I'd be slightly more disappointed. Overall, saved a ton of time compared to hand trimming and the difference in results are not that significant. If you're planning to due process multiple plants/harvest, this baby is worth it. Otherwise, go smaller.

I absolutely love this trimmer. Sure, you will not get "professional" looking trim, but close enough. I can't stand spending hours upon hours tediously trimming. This cuts it down to minutes. No, it does not butcher and destroy the flower. That is an assumption made by people who have never used a bowl trimmer. Works great. I'll never go back to hand trimming again.

Saved me days of trimming, took a few hours instead. Nice job done. If your like me and no longer have all the time in the world to trim you herbs, this is the product for you. Just do not go fast, slow and steady works very well. Also do not try to overload it you will not save any time.

Very easy to use! I recommend not jamming it full of herbs just cover the bottom put the dome on and spin the handle. I was worried from previous reviews that the handle would bend or break but I never had a problem with it at all. This completely changed my mind on trimming! I use to hate it, just kept putting it off but with this machine it's great and is a great time saver! Tho I should mention if you are using it, to make a cleaner trim be sure to trim off any big fan Leaves or any Leaves that abnormally bigger.

This machine is amazing it does a pretty good job cleaning up the buds and it's so fast and easy to use. Setup was really simple and I was cleaning buds in 5 minutes after opening the box. My only regret is not buying the bigger one which would have saved me even more time. Would recommend to anyone that grows their own buds. I did have to clean the blade a few times as it got pretty sticky after a couple buckets of buds. Having said that the blade was easy to take off and clean just use rubbing alcohol and an abrasive cloth. Very happy with this purchase.
