Please ensure the size of the Ironing Board ( EXCLUDING the iron rest) before making a purchase.
To measure the size of the ironing board, follow these steps:
1 Place the ironing board on a flat surface and fully extend it.
2 Measure the length of the board from the tip (the narrow end) to the end (excluding the iron rest if there is one). （Fit the length of 48 inches to 49 inches)
3 Measure the width of the board at its widest point. （Fit the width of 17 inches to 18 inches）

I needed a replacement for an existing ironing board and this cover and pad were just what I was looking for. The pad is thick enough to cushion against the ironing board frame yet provides good resistance for smooth ironing. The cover is scorch and stain resistant, and both are needed for good wear and service. The pad/cover fit my older ironing board, giving it the renewal I needed. Very pleased.

This ironing board cover fits fine and does the job. I wanted something to put over the existing cover because my husband irons clothes between washes and it bothers me to put my clean clothes on the cover where his dirty pants cuffs have been (lol). I was planning to have something that I could just take off when I want to iron, but this cover is very "cleanable". I'm used to regular fabric covers that can't be washed because of the padding. This metallic material lends itself to being wiped clean, which means I'm okay with just leaving it on. A win all around.

I got this cover because my ironing board padding has developed a dip in the center, so its hard to iron things flat. I put this cover over the top on it and it has greatly reduced the dip! The cover is snug and doesn't move and has a velcro strap to help keep it secure. It has a faintly sticky texture from the microscopic silicone dots, but that helps hold small pattern pieces in place while I press them during sewing projects. I have used fusible interfacing on this cover and it comes up fairly easily while the adhesive is still hot, but a little more difficult when it cools.

Had a weird smell but I guess that's expected. I have a standard size ironing board and this cover was a tad bit too short.

This ironing board cover is exactly what I was looking for. It fit my ironing board as expected after taking measurements, and was very easy to put on. The edges are all elastic with a thick edge banding and there is an adjustable Velcro strap that goes across the middle of the ironing board underneath to keep it taut. It is thick, with a felted feeling underside and feels like it is made well and of good quality, and is a good value for the money. It arrived with wrinkles but were very easy to iron out once in place using the steam and spray functions on my iron. When I used it to iron a bunch of linen clothes, it stayed in place and was very stable. Exactly what I was looking for. So far would definitely recommend.

It's an ironing board cover. It isn't fancy or 'pretty' but it is a decent thickness for cushioning and it looks nice and fresh.When I first put this on the board, my thoughts were, 'uh, hopefully it flattens out, wish it had that clip the old one had..'. It didn't flatten out and I decided to toss it in the wash machine to help it mold a litlle better. Amazingly enough when I took it off the board, low and behold a strap! There is a velcro stap with a plastic buckel to hold it to a better fit.. When I used this it actually fit much better. The cover actually has strong elastic all the way around to hold it to the board, which my old one doesn't and this is actually a good improvement on the cover. It still had some 'wrinkles and light bulges' from being in the package. I just tossed it in with a load of towels and put it on the board straight from the washer and by morning it is dry and looks great.I'm very happy with this ironing board cover, it fits my very old ironing board perfectly and freshens it up nicely.
