I used this to change hoses. I have a 25' hose but change hoses when I go to bet. Instead of fighting with the hose it just clicks off and plug in the other. Not really made for this but it works great

These connectors provide a leak free connection, provided that the hoses are not excessively moved. I found that they will disconnect in applications such as being used for low pressure sprayer hose connections. The movement of the sprayer is enough to cause a disconnection. These are quite good if your application does not require anything over slight movement.Bottom line: I would recommend these connectors depending on its intended application.

I use these to allow my self watering tomato planters to be rearranged and removed as each plant reaches end-of-season. They work perfectly with the main tubing of the earthbox self watering system.

I built a mini kegerator out of a portable refrigerator and use these couplers on the lines between the taps and the mini kegs. I usually keep the pressure to 15 psi or less and so far they've been working great for my application with no leaks.

The photograph clearly shows 5 sets of disconnects. This item apparently is 2 sets, buyer beware.

Works perfect for my Glycol Chilling system - These fit perfect and snug inside of the current EVA Barrier 9.5 mm OD tubing. Will eventually buy more of these down the road. Update as of 11-19-2024, I had one of the o-rings break and it was super easy to fix. I have another friend that bought a pair of like disconnects with only 1 o-ring and he hates them. The double o-ring like these is the best solution to avoid leakage.

This product works great for connecting to catheters for divers. The two-pack is excellent for using one and having an extra, if needed. This was also at a great price!
