Much smaller size than I expected. 6 inch vice grips sounds average to me. Seller should state smaller than average and good for small items.

Kind of tool that could sit in your tool box unused for years, but when you need it... Classic example of having the right tool for the job as opposed to "make shift" when never plays out well. I use it for light welding and it holds parts in place well. Is it Snap On quality; no. Will it last a weekend warrior forever; I'd think so.

Fantastic little clamp. As a Cladder I need strong clamps to hold steel angles in position up to 4 metres in length whilst at height. These do exactly that. They’re easy to adjust and provide a good firm clasp onto whatever it is holding. Will be buying more.
