They are good quality and I think the price was a good deal. I also like the new hex key adjustment built into the thumbscrew. A couple of things worried me a little. The 10" strait jaw and long nose pliers have a bit of play, side-to-side, in the jaw and they don't necessarily align perfectly when you close them; there is no play at all when they are closed. I'm not sure this really even matters, but it bothers me. On the other hand, I'm not sure I've ever seen long nose locking pliers, old or new, that didn't have a little wobble in the open jaw.All of the curved jaw pliers are fine, so I'm giving them a four over the two loose jaws.

Great set! Work flawlessly, plenty of grip, le erage & power. I replaced a set of Pittsburg grips that started to rust 2 days after I brought them home. The jaws are well made and the alignment is consistent. Price a tad higher than Pittsburg, but longevity & reliability always win, even for an additional $8.I love Irwin Tools, never once have I had a single issue. Drill bits, vise grips, clamps, you name it! Got many Itwin products and I am 100% satisfied with each and every single one.

Irwin makes a fine tool. and you get what you pay for. so I tend to stay away from the cheap China tools

Awesome variety of locking pliers either for the serious professional or the serious home fixer-upper. Look, cheap locking pliers are the worst and let you down when you need them most. However, to the untrained eye, the crappy ones look virtually identical in the package to the best ones. That being said, these are the good stuff. Unfortunately, Irwin is often imitated but never even close to equalled. Irwin makes the best, and this is a great little somewhat comprehensive set up which has a great carrier to keep them together, instead of them scattering to the four winds in your tool collection. Great gift for the person who works regularly with tools, because it’s something that the average person would not spring for themself, but would get a lifetime of use out of, and you’ll just seem to always have the right locking plier for the job at your fingertips. If you work with tools you know how valuable that is. Just do it!

Era justo lo que estaba buscando. He tenido un par de pinzas de esta marca por más de 15 años y han sido de gran calidad. Espero que la calidad de la marca no haya disminuido con el tiempo.
