My 13 year old loves his new scooter. It’s adjustable and rides with ease even on bumpy concrete. It’s quite easy to fold and easy to maintain. It’s a very good product! Miles are actually higher than what’s said. Up to 30 mphBattery life is acceptable ! We’re just having a hard time with using the settings.

Very minimal assembly. The scooter was already fully charged. It even came with an extra inner-tube. It has three different speed settings, which is great for our youngest child. The light is actually very bright as well.

I took this for a ride this morning and it is awesome. I like the fact that you can use three different modes of writing and you can also change some of the settings in the app. A great value for the money and also it is very well-made. I’m about 290 pounds and even in Eco mode which only goes about 5 to 6 miles an hour it still carried its speed very well. I truly recommend this product!

After getting the bluetooth to connect, we realized that we were getting no charge when we left it on the charger overnight. Currently I have an email into the seller requesting a solution, so I will update with how they handle it. I am a few weeks after the amazon return window. Otherwise, I am happy with the product build, ride, controls, etc. Good for pre-teen to adult.Update: Customer service has good response times and was very friendly and interested in diagnosing and solving the problem. Ultimately the issue was as simple as a replacement charger and now the scooter is working perfectly. I am always greatful for good customer service because it adds confidence to the product.I have a coworker who ended up agreeing this model looked like the best buy on Amazon and she bought two, one for each son. I've heard nothing but good reports from her also.
