Bought two of these for my oldest grandkids. After about a month of occasional riding, one scooter displayed an E4 error code. After a few weeks of troubleshooting and replacing a couple of different parts, with the help of the company’s customer support, still no luck with the scooter. Scooter couldn’t be fixed, but the company stood behind their product and replaced the scooter, deserving of a 5 star rating. Customer support was excellent.BTW, no issues with the other scooter.

We had some issues with the two scooters that we ordered for our kids for Christmas. We were able to go back and forth with the customer service and were able to get a helpful/positive resolution, which we really appreciated.In my opinion, these scooters overall are great for children between 8-13ish years old who are just learning to balance/ride a motorized toy. The speed is a little too much for our younger 6 year old son who doesn’t know how to balance at all yet, but the 5mph range was perfect for our 9 year old to continue working on his balancing skills. The handle height is not adjustable so our 6 year old is a tad short for it and has a bit of a struggle seeing over the handle bars, but the size is perfect for our 9 year old. This scooter works the best on flat surface areas. The material the scooter is made out if seems strong/durable so far (we just got them) and the kickstand is a nice, yet simple additional feature.

Speedometer is wrong and it doesn't go the highest speed, on the highest setting. Tried returning it, but I need to pay postage. It's HEAVY! I shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work correctly, to ship it back! That's expensive. Even worse, the seller offers me $40 refund once I return it! That's prob the postage! Then, they want me to send them a video of it failing, WEEKS after I've requested to return it and them not providing me with a prepaid postage label. It's packed up. I'm not opening it to put it back together, to recharge it, to show them a video of how it's not working properly! Ridiculous! Poor customer service. I called the number but can't leave a voice mail. My 7 year old's Christmas gift was a dud and the company is just terrible! Look elsewhere for a better product and company!

My son loves his new scooter. I was surprised how well made it is for the price. Easy set up & he said he actually a lot faster than he expected.

Purchased this Scooter, for our 7-year-old son due to the ability to select three different operating speeds. Our son started on a lower speed and has now advanced to the higher speed. The function is unique to this iScooter model. It is helpful for parents concerned with higher speeds, prior to figuring out how to safely operate the Scooter.Another positive feature is the dual braking system, both a foot and handlebar operated brake are provided.Our son has experienced many hours of enjoyment using the iScooter.Unfortunately, the scooter had an unanticipated mechanical failure. On my end, I was unclear on how to repair the scooter. Contacted the iScooter Customer Service Team, by phone, regarding the mechanical failure. As shared in other reviews, the Customer Service team completed a detailed assessment of the mechanical failure and expeditiously assisted with the repair. The follow-up is a positive reflection on the Customer Service Team and Company.
