This charger is produced by ISI. They made the whipper that I own. It works great with cream and I’ve read that it’s an awesome way to make Hollandaise but I haven’t tried it.

In ‘99 I worked for a chain of high volume premium cafes that used ISI chargers to make whip cream. I’d buy direct from ISI N. America and would purchase master cases. I worked for the company as a General Manager for 6 years and can say that I literally have used thousands of their cartridges in those 6 years. Since then I have used them in other restaurants and then when I went into food distribution I switched from the crap brand they had been selling over to ISI and sold hundreds of 50ct boxes to restaurants all over the tristate area. And that doesn’t include personal use! So, you can say I am somewhat experienced with these carts after almost 25 years of use. I have never once had a “dud†or bad cartridge, not once. Their gas is top quality, just pure food grade nitrous. I’ve had bad whip cream canisters, bad heavy cream or other ingredients but one thing that’s never been off in the least bit is the ISI cartridges. I can not say enough great things about ISI and I feel they are the industry leader and they set the bar for every other company out there. There is ISI and then there is everyone else. I just wish they’d make some of these mini tanks you’re starting to see pop up so that there would be a lot less waste. If you’re only making 1-2 canisters I f whip a week it’s not that bad but if you’re making 4-5 canisters a day (8-10 cartridges) the empties add up quickly (if going through that much whip you are also probably too busy to care about the 8-10 empty cartridges because a quart of heavy cream makes a hell of a lot of whip cream)!To sum it up, I won’t buy anything else, ISI has never once disappointed me, not once, I’m almost 25 years or using them and I will not buy another brand as long as I continue making whip or any other emulsions (or just need a good laugh!).

I've used ISI cream makers for 30+ years and I always use ISI chargers. They are reliable. I buy in bulk to get a better deal. I appreciate that Amazon carries ISI chargers.

I love my Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. These chargers are great. I use a 1 pint cream whipper, and one charger does it. Will never go back to hot coffee. The cold brew is so much easier on my stomach.

Fantastic! Arrived on 5/23 /2024. It is exactly as described. I have a older whippet cream maker that I purchased 2/13/2015 the newer version have a bigger cartridge it was hard to find a cartridge to fit this because it's smaller now that I found a supplier for this cartridge, I am very thankful. Fantastic! Now and I don't have to replace this whippet cream maker â£ï¸ðŸ’“â¤ï¸
