This brush works extremely well in cleaning even tough oily woods from file teeth and rasps; much better than old toothbrushes. It's large surface makes things go much quicker than some of the "toothbrush" style brass brushes on the market. Sometimes you just can't improve on an effective old design. This brush does the job.
