About ASTM F1960
PEX expansion (also known as cold expansion) conforms to the ASTM F1960 standard specification and uses a PEX expansion ring and a fitting with a larger internal diameter to make a connection.

Designed to be used in conjunction with a PEX expansion (expander) tool when installing 1 in. PEX-A type tubing and expansion style brass or poly PEX fittings. Compatible with Uponor/Wirsbo hePEX & AquaPEX, Sioux Chief, Mr. PEX, Rehau and other PEX-A tubing brands.

I ordered this with pk a tubing which turns out not to be expandable it is not PEXA

Works as it should . I had a small plumbing job to do with Pex-A tubing and used these along with other various fittings that I also purchased here on Amazon . They worked great , no leaks and very easy to work with using the proper expansion tool !
