6063-T5 Aluminum alloy

Precision cutting
- 2040 Extruded aluminum extrusion has a very tight tolerance range, ensuring that the DIY process will not be bothered by dimensional issues.
- The tolerance range of the automatic cutting machine is small, only ±0.05 mm.
Anodizing
- Anodizing process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, and have good decorative properties.

I bought these aluminum profiles to make modifications to my small CNC router. The profiles arrived quickly and in excellent condition. By simply cutting to the desired size and threading, I can modify my small machine thanks to these aluminum pieces. On the other hand, they have the best price I could find.

Perfect as a straight edge for my circular saw. Good thing is I can attach multiple rails for what even length I need.

I took a crack at making a roof rack for my "jeep" used these as cross bars. These will accept being drilled and tapped 1/4-20 and I have made 1/4-20 studs using button head bolts. No real problems with the first order. For some reason my second order never arrived but I was almost instantly refunded. But it worked out as I wasn't home that weekend any how. I'll still buy these again.

I purchased 5 of the 48" pieces. I cut one in half and made a support bed for my CNC machine. The other 4 that I didn't cut were all EXACTLY the same length. This was a nice surprise. I didn't have to do any trimming to get a perfect rectangle. I was impressed. The packaging could have been a little more robust. The box was damaged slightly, but my v-slot pieces were all in great shape. I will consider these again if needed.

I 3D print my own pedal board supports and use these extrusions. They fit perfect and are very strong. Just add sticky back Hook and Loop.
