DESCRIPTION: This chair is perfect for Iyengar yoga. It folds easily and can be stored nicely. It is everything a yoga chair should be. Plus, it comes with this awesome book that has over 100 poses you can do with the chair. It’s been such a great addition to my practice!

Love this chair and use it for my yoga classes. Helps me with better alignment. Easy to store + comes with a booklet of 112 yoga poses with the chair. Go for it!
