I am using it from last 3 years and it never failed to provide quality and its true purpose of successful meeting. Sound quality is great with perfect length of cable. The most comfortable part is, it never hurts even after 8-10 hours of continuous meeting. This time got a deal and always recommended. Value for money

I love this headset! My last pair broke after being used consistently for over 5 years. I tried to purchase several others from other brands and found them uncomfortable, too small, or lacking in some way. As a result, I had to get another of these to replace my old ones and I cannot say I regret it at all. It is lightweight, functions great, and is great quality. Totally of great value for the money.

This is by far the WORST! headset I have every owned as a call center agent.. The material is cheap and flimsy and IT IS NOT NOISE CANCELLING you cannot adjust the fit without it falling back to the original size it came with and it is not compatible with Zendesk, slack, vocaroo and other apps

For what you pay, you get a usable, enterprise entry level headset. It works. You paid under a hundred bucks. The mic is pretty incredible. If it's raised up, people can't hear me because of how directional it is. When it's pointed at my mouth, people can't hear others talking nearby. That's exceptional performance in my books. If I need another headset like it, I'm buying the same brand and model or better.I didn't know PC headsets mics could be this good. If you're used to more expensive enterprise stuff, this might be a big downgrade for you, but as a residential end user, this was a huuuge upgrade for my work Teams calls. It also has a toggle button to mute or unmute that comes in line in the cable with a big red light so you aren't saying the wrong things at the wrong times. It lets you know.A+++
