This product failed the first time I used it, the circuit board burned a trace the first time I used it. It should have a fuse or circuit breaker. It should also have a on off switch. unfortunately I bought it in November and I couldn’t return it but I was able to repair it and install a fuse now it’s better than new I’m not sure if I would trust this to stop my trailer being I use the trailer in saltwater, and if the brakes get wet or a wire gets water in it it could blow the board not just a fuse which would be easy to replaceNow another trace. Burned on the board don’t buy it I wouldn’t take it if it was free!!!!

I hook the break away up according to the directions and it doesn't work.Maybe I could get some help.
