I was pretty nervous about sizing, and I read a lot of reviews -- I ultimately decided to go with those saying the sizes on these skates are the same as normal shoe size. Thankfully it turned out well. My daughter wears size 9 shoes and we got size 9 skates. They fit perfectly.The only issue with this company is that they don't provide shipping information, and the skates took several weeks to arrive. However, they are just what I wanted in terms of being comfortable, soft, and not having a high heel like most skates do.

These are super comfortable and I was able to skate with them right out of the box. I did end up sharpening the blades after a couple of uses. They do keep my feet warm and it's easy to adjust preferred tightness around the ankles. I also got tons of compliments, so everybody is jealous!

Spending the extra $ for these soft booted skates was worth it! They were comfortable right out of the box - I would highly recommend!

The pair I was replacing feels like a sneaker- these not so much- ran larger (wider and longer) rather hard (maybe they break in...worst part was return- required to drive 18 minutes to UPS Store when Staples is right near me, employees there were so rude! Please give feedback to Amazon about contract with UPS Store #6056

This is the girlfriends second set of these skates. First set lasted 7 years. Bought new ones just due to change in her foot size. Great for outdoor rinks on cold days, super soft for great casual skating experiences. She loves the comfort.

The shoes comes earlier than ETA day, very surprise. It's very comfortable. It's hardly to buy women's hockey shoes. I used to wear man's size. it hurts my heel for some reason. I tried this one today, it supper comfortable. I can on the outdoor skate trail for the whole timeslot, which I can't do it before. strongly recommend it.
