I got this dress in the blue color, size large. I am a size 12 and can go L or XL. I am a little busty, but this Large fit well. The fabric is a little cheap and it is kind of hard to zip up, because the zipper and the fabric don't like each other. Overall, this is a cute dress for work for the price.

I liked the texture and stretch of this fabric, but it was not a flattering cut. I ordered my usual size and was able to put it on, but I really disliked the way it looked on my midsection.

I wanted to love this dress, and it has several elements that are great. The material is stretchy and comfortable even though the dress is structured. It would be very comfortable to wear. I love the tweed and the overall shape is flattering. However, there are darts just underneath the breasts which land in an odd spot on my chest and there's a seam from the waistline to the slit in the front which is off-center. These details are not apparent in any of the photos.
