This really is tu-tu cute! I would have given it five stars if the waistband could have been adjusted. I’m not even sure if it is possible, but my skinny little granddaughter has a hard time keeping it on unless it’s pinned. That said, it is perfect for dance class or dress up.

I love that this is made from stiff tulle and not the softer tulle. It gives a lot of volume, pouf!! I specifically wanted this for under my daughter's dresses to pouf them up, and it fits the bill. Nice elastic waistband. True to size and can be used for many sizes bc of the stretch. The bottom edges are sewn so that it won't snag (I'm assuming). It's a crisp white color. Great price point, good value for your money.

This Tutu is adorable! The waist band is really nice and has cute details. It seems well made and is a beautiful blue color. The fabric is a little rough so for children it may be good to have a layer underneath the waist band.
