When JBL said these were "Entry Level" professional speakers, I was a little concerned. Entry level usually mean bottom of the barrel even if they are pro speakers. Well... If these are "entry level", then they are the best entry level speakers I have ever heard. The range of sounds from these monitors is impressive. Before I start, a few must know':Must Know 1 - These are passive speakers, which mean YOU WILL NEED AN AMPLIFIER to get sound from themMust Know 2 - Just because you have an amp, doesn't mean it will automatically sound good. You will need additional equipmentMust Know 3 - This is a black carpeted box made from woodMust Know 4 - If you do not understand the particulars of passive speakers, you should not buy one.Must Know 5 - Yes it uses speakon and 1/4", but if you are going to use these for mobile work, get speakon cablesMust Know 6 - Yes, they are loud, Yes they produce lots of bass (its a double 15" box)Your final sound quality and experience with these boxes will depend heavily on your equipment setup. You need a quality amplifier, and you will need something to drive that amp. You can use a quality preamp or equalizer or crossovers or mixers etc. etc. etc. Whatever you choose, once you get it tuned and dialed in right, the sound these boxes make will blow your mind. In the week that I have owned these speakers (I bought two), I've played an outdoor gig for 400+ and indoors twice. These boxes deliver super clear top, because I have dedicated bass boxes for my outdoor event. When inside however, I didn't need my subwoofers, because all I needed was a little 63 & 80 on my EQ, and these bad boys delivered thunderous bass for 6 straight hours, play top end flawlessly.First chance I get, I'm buying two more of these, and use my active speakers for rear sound enforcement.

This Speaker is one of the best speaker that I ever heard music from it. the clarity from mid range and up is exquisite, and the deeeeep!! bass is awesome. If you are able to equalize the music in perfect harmony this master piece from JBL is an excellent instrument to listen loud and clean. The only cons is the weight but this bother only when is time to move it.

It’s pretty much a good speaker you just need a good amplifier to get the best results at first I was powering the speaker with a Rockville amp of course nothing too bad but could not get that rating so I bought crown XLI 2500 and sounds better and crips and clear I bought these speakers to replace some Rockville speakers that blowed after 1 year

Awesome speakers. They sound fantastic I replaced a pair of very large 18 black widow speakers they weighed 150 pounds a piece and they sound just as good. Hit very hard when ran with the right amp and crossover. I use a BBE sonic maximizer with crossover and a Behringer inuke 3000. I have played weddings, restaurants, bars, and clubs with these they are very decent speakers, and they take up no space at all.(smaller than a speaker stand, and way more stable)

Muy bien con los tiempos de entrega, en forma y llego sin daño. Con respecta al equipo ya he trabajado con esta marca y por eso solicité otra y en lo que cabe del sonido, muy bien y alta definición, hice cambios de bafle y estoy a gusto con esta marca

Et ba franchement je l es es que depuis quelques mois et avec un bonne ampli comme le miens (qsc gx3) que je vous conseil vivement pour c es enceinte le son et parfait pour les professionnels allez y les yeux fermés je posséder avant des enceintes amplifié (Yamaha dbr15) de 500w Rms chaque et ba les jbl n en fond que 250w Rms chacune et y’a plus de puissance et une meilleure qualité elle son parfaite et utilisable même sans caisson de par son hp de 15 pouces pour des soirées jusqu’à 100 personnes en intérieur comme en extérieur on ne manque pas de puissance et qualité parfaite des bonne basse bien ronde et dés aigüe Christalin pas criard franchement jbl jrx 215 rien a dire

Je donne cinq étoiles parce que je sais ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur j'ai déjà répété plusieurs fois je suis un ancien ingénieur de son, jbl en sono ca marche très bien après ça dépend la puissance RMS pour finir comme dans toute marque il y a de bons et de mauvais .
