My wife wanted me to order this vest for her, but she was so surprised to find it has not a single pocket, not even an inside one. We looked back at the listing, and sure enough it never mentions pockets, so that’s on us. Reviewing the item itself, the pros are that it is well made and the fabric is a good medium weight, and pretty stretchy for comfort when moving. The metal, two-way zipper is a real plus and something you don’t find on a lot of items that really should have it, like coats and jackets. The cons are, obviously, that it has no pockets (and if you couldn’t tell, that is a HUGE con for us LOL), and the collar is really weird - it looks good when not zipped up past the upper chest, but just looks awful if you try to zip it all the way like a turtleneck (unless we’re not doing something right - my wife’s never seen a collar like this one). It also seems to run on the snug side for an XXL, which is usually quite roomy on my wife. The upshot of all this is that, knowing all the above, if it still seems like an item you would use and like, then we would recommend it based on the great quality and very reasonable price.

The two zipper ends are an aesthetically pleasing detail on this navy blue women's vest. The zipper is gold and fully functional in two directions. You can zip it from the bottom or from the top, I prefer the traditional from the bottom up. The top around the neck of the vest is a bib style detailing. The vest is comfortable zipped up and unzipped, it falls to the upper thigh area. This vest would be great unzipped anytime of year as it is lightweight and cool or zipped up style in cooler months!

I really like the modern and sleek look of this zippered vest. The fit is generous, but it still some how manages to look fitted and professional. Depending on what type of top you pair it with it can work as dress clothes, business wear, or cool and chic casual. The fabric is thick and substantial but the stretch nature makes it feel comfortable and not at all ungainly. The only thing that I didn't like about the vest is that the zipper is a bit fussy. At first I thought it didn't work, but with trial and error I discovered that it sometimes requires a little jiggle motion to line up just right. You can actually feel a little click when it engages properly. This frustrated me at first, but since muscle memory took over I have had no issues. Once zippered it is secure and I have had no splitting issues. It also looks great open. I paired it open with a long lace cami and some dress pants and it was the perfect mix of feminine and professional. Nice versatile vest. Good buy.

This attractive vest is made of polyester (not my favorite material), but from a distance it looks like cotton. I ordered it in small and it is a little big on me (which I don't mind--I don't like close fitting garments). For reference, I am 5'2'' and 100 pounds. I suggest sizing down for a tighter fit. The length goes to my hips.A nice feature is the double zipper. Note: the color the zipper is gold, so it really stands out. The lapel collar is interesting and unusual. I dress in layers in cold weather, so I expect this vest will get a lot of use.

I can only really comment on the material since I ordered a large but was sent x-small. The material is comfortable enough - not soft or particularly warm, but has a nice cut to it. I love the double zippers (one on top and the bottom) which provides for greater movement and cinching in the waist. The Navy color is a nice deep blue. So the overall quality is okay but not amazing -- but the price seems fair. One caveat - even at a size way too small, the vest does seem like it will run shorter that the photo suggests.

This lightweight zipper vest is perfect for casual wear and outdoors. The collar zips all the way up which covers my mouth and nose and ears. My Navy vest has a gold colored zipper (it looked a little more silver in the product photos, but the gold looks nice), and it’s a double zipper that opens up both directions. I’ve washed and dried it and it came out of the laundry without wrinkles. Just generally a good wardrobe staple for an extra layer of outdoor casualwear.
