I had a few original hinge nuts that rusted and seized themselves to the hinge pin shaft. Trying to remove the old nuts caused the hinge pins to break in half. These replacement nuts, along with new hinges did the job. It is definitely a pain getting the old hinge pins and sleeves out in order to replace with the new hinges. You have to purchase the sleeve removal tool to do this properly. Be ready to do some hammering!
