First thing I would like to say is The Jack is exactly what I expected it took me about a 1/2 an hour to install and that was removing old jack I don't understand other reviews about it being slow it's a tongue jack what do you want. it may be sightly slower than the old jack but it was a 3500 lb. jack and this one is 4000 lb jack which it is probably geared differently to make it handle a heaver load . so far it does what it's supposed to so I'm happy seems to be well bilt but time will tell . will update after labor day weekend when it will get a real test.

This works WAY better than the 3500lb. one I had on my camper before. Lifts it right off the trailer hitch, no problem.

Used on a 20’ enclosed trailer with 2700lbs inside,… it’s quite, seems capable, but slow.

Package arrived on time, Jack was very easy to install. Instruction manual was not printed very well. Pages were not in sequence, some pages only had half the print visible. As far as the jack is concern, I was able to get the jack to extend (very slow) but would not retract. Had to manually retract leg, which is a very laborious task. Light on jack is a very nice feature but does not provide much lighting and should be made for adjustable aiming.

Bought This last summer for our Camper to replace the original Electric Jack which was 10 years old.This was easy to install except keeps blowing the fuse. We've used it 3 times and gone through 4 fuse.Check my connections so it is something internalReally disappointed.
