My 7-year-old daughter recently got into roller skating and wanted her own skates. These roller skates were a big hit. The boots are stylish and have a nice leather feel. The pastel purple color goes well with most outfits. The laces were probably a bit longer than they need to be but this is typical of most roller skates in order to accommodate all types of feet. The glitter on the purple wheels add the perfect amount of sparkle when the flashing lights come on. This also makes it easier to find her in a crowded rink.
