Hooks need to be cut off and the cutting should be done gently with a small pair of cutters. They are flimsy, but because they're clear, they won't show up on your tree. They are easier to hang ornaments on the tree than the wire hangers which get tangled easily.

I would just like them to replace these! So many were broken in the box! The ornament must be light or the hook will break. I have a white tree so I can only use white or clear. I’m going to use the ones that didn’t break because I have a party here & need to decorate asap.

Taking out of frame, you need to be gentle. Did break one at first. Have worked great for my "holiday" tree! I will be buying another package for my other tree.

I wanted theses because I purchased a flocked tree. Did not want to use the green hangers. These worked great and you cannot see them. That was was exactly what I wanted.
