I am hard pressed to literally rate these tongs given that I have not received them as yet. They were delivered, and on time, but I use a friend's mailing address given that due to the fact that I live on the 3rd floor of an apt building, far too often the driver is either too lazy to take the elevator, or when he/she makes a half attempt, leaves the item in the lobby, where the item/items, disappears, or are stolen.
