Kettlebell One Arm Plank Row
- In plank position, with one hand firmly planted on the floor the other holding a kettlebell.
- Back straight, glutes tight pull the bell straight up, elbows held close to your side.
- Lower and repeat.
Pullover
- Lying on a bench, knees bent, feet flat on the bench, grab a kettlebell in both hands and hold straight overhead
- Keep lower back flat on the bench, do not arch
- Lower the kettlebell behind you
- Pull your shoulders down and back. Lower weight as far back in the overhead position
- Raise back to start

Solid metal kettlebell. Bought it at $35, so definitely was a steal. The grip is good. Great value for the money. I prefer metal kettlebells over the sand filled ones, and this met my expectations.

Perfect weight for advanced beginner. Smooth finish with no iron spurs, sits flat when not in use or resting between moves. The price was great too. Usually kettle bells can be pricey. Perfect price for someone just getting started with kettle bells.
