I really like the concept of this frame and the ability to rotate the photographs. It fix 4x6 photos without cropping. I was expecting there to be glass sandwiching the photos together, but it was plastic. The plastic was a little more opaque than I would’ve preferred, but it worked ok. Installing the photos was easy. The heart shape came bubble wrapped and needs connected to the frame. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and it was a nice keepsake for a friend who’d lost a pup. Would buy again.
