Just about 1/8 inch thick, however when you place it on the table, the weight is plenty to keep it in place and flatten it out. It will have a few very small bumps due to being stored rolled up but I don’t see them interfering in any game play. The cards slide well and the dice roll quiet. The feel of it is like a giant mouse pad. I was able to get it out and back in the carrying bag with no problem. Very happy with this purchase. Exactly what I wanted.

This producr has served me well. Many many poker nights and withstood several cleanings.Not perfect. Some wear and tear after almost 2 years of use.Self customized.

The cutout edges can be ever-so-slight uneven, not enough to detract from usability, but enough to notice it when placed on a perfectly straight table edge. My friend who ordered one also got one with a bit of visible fraying on some of the edges, so check for quality when you receive it. Mine was fine.Sadly, the edges aren't woven but that would probably cost extra. Carrying case bag is already a nice extra.

Not very portable, very heavy and if kept rolled for a while, it develops "waves" that don't relax out. Also important to match table size. If the mat is larger, the hangover may cause odd folds near the corners. If the mat is smaller, then you have this odd transition where game pieces and drinks tend to catch and spill or go awry. If you leave flat on the right sized table, it is thick and comfy, seems to resist wear.

Quality mat that saves your table. Easy to pick up cards from this mat. Spills on the mat are easy to clean. Have this mat also in red. Both colours are nice.

I got the red one to use for our table top games, magic the gathering and DnD. It fits pretty good on a plastic 6ft table except its a little wider but hangs over neatly. Way cheaper than a graphic or MTG specific one and good quality.
