When this came in I was surprised it wasn't assembled. Assembly didn't take terribly long, just make sure to pay attention to the note about the short and long rods to save yourself some time from having to go back like I did. I will say it is very lightweight ans has held up well to large and heavy luggage of about 40 lbs. It is super easy to fold up and store. All parts were present. Overall this product looks nice and does what I need it too and was a reasonable priced compared to others.

Doesn't have the proper holes for screws, so impossible to assemble. Also the directions and parts were all very confusing. Just a mess.

I like having suitcase racks for visitors. It makes its so much easier for them to head to the bedroom, put their suitcase on a rack instead of up on a dresser or on the floor. This is a nice rack, I like the bottom shelf, that is a good addition, you could put shoes there, a dop kit or whatever. This rack comes somewhat assembly required. The instructions are average. Of note: 1) the material shelves have a top and bottom, it looks better with seams down 2) the screws for the top shelf look better with nut down, that will make sense once you start. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble, I put bottom shelf seams up and had to switch. I could do the next one in 5 minutes. Overall this is a good product.
